I couldn’t say it better myself:
Curious about bondage? Been playing with restraints for years? Whatever your experience, Mike West will help you discover the pleasures of ropework inspired by Japanese techniques. After reviewing the basic safety pointers that apply to almost any form of bondage, you’ll learn three basic building blocks that can be combined into a myriad of ties. You’ll explore the psychology of bondage from the perspective of the tie-er and tie-ee, and then learn and practice tying a sturdy chest harness and a traditional hog-tie. Bring a partner to practice with or work with a classmate! If you have rope, bring three 25′-30′ lengths of 6mm (1/4″) rope. If you don’t have rope, Mike will have some for you to borrow.
